“The experience was good. The hotel stays and food arrangements were better than what we expected. The nature of tour manager sandeep Choudhary was very good. He even used to do the wake up call to everyone so that everyone gets ready on time and were able to visit all the places on time . Overall the experience was very good.”

“Overall a good experience Points for improvement: Tour manager changed from Ritesh to Adarsh Rathore to Rohit. Mr Rohit Chauhan was courteous but less knowledge and experience of the spots, depended mostly on the driver. Driver seemed to be in control and so the bus avoided the pick up and drop points as agreed earlier. (Viz we were not picked up at Mathura station. Some others were not dropped at the airport as agreed earlier) Hope you will check and take corrective actions where possible. My suggestions are based on my previous experience and comparison with other operators. But I am thankful to you and "kinghills" for lovely ground work and planning, which gave us a memorable tour experience. Thank you team Kinghills.”
