Itinerary (Day Wise)

Day 1

Night at 10:00 PM departure from School to Ranakpur by 3X2 AC Bus

Sikar to Mount Abu- 450 Kms (12 Hrs Approx) 

● Overnight journey to Ranakpur

Day 2

 Reach Ranakpur in the Morning. At around 09-10 AM 

● Check in to Hotel (Early Check in depends on availability- Standard check in time- 11 AM) 

● freshen up & Rest for a while. ● Depart to Kumbhalgarh Sightseeing 

● Visit-Kumbhalgarh Fort for 2 hrs 

● Visit- Sun Temple & Jain temple  

● Mid Day Lunch 

● Proceed to Hotels .( Indraprastha/ Bhavya Place/ Narayan Niwas)

 ● Check in to the hotel 

● Dinner 

● Overnight stay at Ranakpur

Day 3

Breakfast and freshen up

 ● Checkin to hotel at Around 11 AM visit- Guru shikhar, Dilwara Jain Temple, Nakki Lake (Enjoy Boating), Toad Rock

● Drive to Udaipur 3 hr 2 min (163.2 km) 

● Reach to Udaipur Hotel around 8-9PM. 

● Checkin to Hotel

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received no. of days prior to departure Cancellation fee applicable on Net Tour Price (per person)

Days - 0 to 7 50%
Days - 0 to 15 25%
  • Registration Charges are non refundable and transferable .
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases , we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
  • In case of Lockdown in destination place, credit shell will be released , you can use it in future bookings , after deduction of IRCTC/Airline Cancellation Charges
Payment Terms
  • Standard check in time 11 AM so early check in subject to availability .Your cooperation will be appreciable.
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
  • Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
  • Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager without any refunds.
  • Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Registration once booked cannot be cancelled , transferred and exchanged.
  • Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle .
  • Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening , theft , loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.
