Itinerary (Day Wise)
Day 1
- Board train from your city to Delhi.
- Overnight train journey to Delhi.
Day 2
- Reach Delhi around 9 AM.
- Depart from Delhi to Shimla/Narkanda between 9:00 to 10:00 AM (approximately).
- 45-minute to 1-hour lunch stop on the way (at your own expense).
- Reach Shimla/Narkanda at night and check into the hotel.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3
- Have breakfast, check out from the hotel, and proceed towards Chitkul/Sangla.
- Enter Kinnaur Valley by crossing the Kinnaur Gate—a rock tunnel famously known as the Gateway to Kinnaur, located around 170 km from Shimla on the Shimla–Kaza Road, also known as the Hindustan–Tibet Road.
- Experience the last Indian village towards the China border.
- Reach Chitkul/Sangla by evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Chitkul/Sangla.


Day 4
- Wake up early in the morning.
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to visit Chitkul (subject to weather and safety conditions).
- Afterwards, proceed towards Kalpa.
- Visit the famous Cliff Point of Kalpa at Roghi Village (subject to weather and safety conditions).
- Reach Kalpa by evening and check into the hotel.
- Dinner & overnight stay in Kalpa.


Day 5
- Have breakfast, check out from the hotel, and proceed towards Tabo.
- Get mesmerised by the shape-shifting landscapes of mountains with every turn.
- En route, take a halt at Khab Sangam, where the Spiti and Sutlej rivers meet (15–20 minutes).
- Visit the famous Nako Lake and Nako Monastery on the way, then proceed to Gue Village to see the 500-year-old mummified remains of the Buddhist monk Sangha Tenzin.
- After arriving in Tabo Village, check into our hotel/homestay.
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a hotel/homestay.


Day 6
- Have breakfast, check out from the hotel/homestay, and then proceed towards Kaza.
- Visit the Key monastery (the largest and oldest monastery in the region)
- Spend quality time speaking to the monks or sip a cup of herbal tea in Key Monastery’s kitchen.
- Afterwards, proceed towards Chicham Bridge—Asia’s highest suspension bridge—offering stunning views and connecting Chicham and Kibber villages.
- After arriving in Kaza, check into our hotel/homestay.
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a homestay/hotel.


Day 7
- After breakfast, head out for an action-packed exploration of the quaint villages in and around Kaza.
- Visit Spiti’s picturesque fossil village, Langza, and get clicked with the iconic statue of the Medicine Buddha along with your group.
- Proceed from Langza to Komic and feel proud to have reached the world’s highest motorable village. Take in the jaw-dropping vistas of the snow-laden Himalayas.
- Afterwards, visit Hikkim Village, known for having the world’s highest post office.
- After visiting the world’s highest post office, drive back to our homestay/hotel in Kaza.
- Dinner & overnight stay in homestay/hotel in Kaza.


Day 8
- Check out early in the morning with a packed breakfast (around 5:00 AM) and proceed towards Chandra Taal.
- Take a short break at Losar on the way to Chandra Taal, then continue towards Kunzum La, situated at approximately 15,000 ft.
- Upon arrival at Chandra Taal, experience the serene beauty of the Moon Lake.
- After visiting Chandra Taal, proceed towards Manali, passing en route through the Atal Tunnel—the world’s longest highway tunnel above 10,000 ft.
- Reach Manali at night and check into the hotel.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.


Day 9
- Have breakfast and check out from the hotel, then proceed for local sightseeing in Manali.
- Visit Mall Road & Hadimba Temple.
- Afterwards, enjoy activities at Kullu Rafting Point, such as paragliding and rafting (at your own cost).
- Later, depart for Delhi (overnight journey).

Day 10
- Reach Delhi.
- Board train/flight for your city.
- Trip ends with Wonderful Memories of the Himalayas.

Cancellation Policy
- Registration Charges are non refundable and transferable.
- If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancel 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancel 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same. In case of Lockdown in destination place, credit shell will be released, you can use it in future bookings, after deduction of IRCTC/Airline Cancellation Charges.
- Registration Charges are non refundable. In case of Any Refund, Credit shell will be issued, which can be used further in Any trip within 365 days of issue.
Terms & Condition
- Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before 7 days of trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
- Standard check in time 11 AM so early check in subject to availability. Your cooperation will be appreciable.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal( AC will not work on hills ).
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest. Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager without any refunds.
- Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Registration once booked cannot be cancelled , transferred and exchanged. Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle. Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening, theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities such as carry banned drugs, unlawful activities during the tour.
- No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a travel company and we aspire to bring to you a hassle free and memorable experience.
- In case of breakdown of the vehicle ,travellers have to wait for repair or other alternate option arranged by the company. , If in case 4by4 pickup vehicle require due to heavy snow or road jam client should pay extra Travelers are sole responsible for any mishappening , theft , loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.
- Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
- Covid Guidelines must be followed by all travellers .
- Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip Manager(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure.
- Travelers can not drink or smoke in the vehicle during the trip. Any kind of misbehavior that happened during the trip, the Trip manager has the whole and sole responsibility to cancel your trip on the same point.
- Virtual Travel Manager will be appointed.
- King Lifestyle Vacation Pvt Ltd reserves the right to take photographs of participants of a tour with their concerns that may be used for promotional purposes. Participants who would prefer their image not be used must identify themselves to the tour leader/company at the commencement of a trip
- Company has rights to terminate any person during trip due to misconduct / anti social activities / breaching of rules - laws / illegal activities / disrespectful to any person , in this case we will refund amount of the remaining trip.
