•  Before 45 Days: 100% Credit Shell (valid for 1 year) or 5% / 2,000 INR /person deduction for refunds ( whichever is higher )  
•  44 to 31 Days: Full Credit Shell (valid for 1 year) after deduction of registration amount  
•  30 to 16 Days: 50% of the package cost charged as a cancellation fee.  
•  0 to 15 Days: 100% of the booking value charged.  
•  Flights & Cruises: As per airline/cruise policies.( Max flights are non refundable in nature )
•  Visa Charges: Non-refundable after application.  

Note: Credit Shell is valid for 1 year.

• If flight components are included in the package and the rates are dynamic, we can update any changes in flights and prices before booking.
• The standard check-in time is 3 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. (AC will not operate in hilly areas.)
• King Lifestyle Vacation Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations of trips due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure refers to circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war or threat of war, riots, lockdowns, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, disease outbreaks, industrial or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, entry restrictions to any destination, flight/train cancellations, and strikes. While we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from such situations.
• SIC Transfers: Maximum waiting time is 5 minutes.
• Private Transfers: Maximum waiting time is 10–15 minutes.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, hotel and/or tour program changes may occur. In such cases, an alternative hotel of the same category will be provided.
• Once booked, registration cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged.
• In case of a vehicle breakdown, travelers will have to wait for repairs or for an alternative arrangement made by the company.
• Travelers are solely responsible for any mishaps, theft, loss, injuries, or illegal activities (such as carrying banned substances or engaging in unlawful acts) during the tour.
• All travelers must adhere to COVID-19 guidelines.
• We are not responsible for any visa rejections or delays in visa approvals. If required, an urgent visa may be processed, with all additional charges to be borne by the client.
• Visa charges are non-refundable once applied, regardless of approval, denial, or delay.
• Room upgrades and downgrades may occur at the last minute. If downgraded, the price difference will be refunded. For upgrades, no extra charges will be applied.
• In case of any misbehavior during the trip, the Trip Manager has full authority to cancel your trip on the spot.
• King Lifestyle Vacation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take photographs of tour participants for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish their images to be used must inform the tour leader or company at the beginning of the trip.
